My son received a notification for 2 Doordash orders at this location on 8/25/23. He arrived to pick up the orders. The inside was closed so he waited about 10 minutes in the drive through and when he arrived to the speaker to notify them of the 2 Doordash orders he was told that they were not making any Doordash orders and he would have to call the two customers to tell them they would not receive their food. This is horrible especially since just a few days prior on Wednesday and Thursday night we had horrible weather and many people were out of power and these 2 customers might be some of the residents who had no power or ability to cook for themselves. This location should be ashamed of themselves and the employees who were working should be fired.

Literally asked for no sour cream on a door dash order, didn’t receive my order. DoorDash only refunds $11.38 out of a $20, tough loss, I literally can’t deal with this location anymore. There’s 3 Taco Bell’s in Monroe and it only lets me order from this garbage store. I never get orders messed up from the one on telegraph. I would say the only thing that was right was the drink but they forgot a straw. Just shut down already smfh.

Staffed by the laziest workers, and owned by the dumbest owner in Monroe. I do not know how your business can operate when you turn away all customers after 4 PM. I have tried to visit this location 5 times in the last 6 weeks, only once did I manage to get a single “soft shell taco” when there was no line at 4:00 PM November 28th 2022. Didn’t get the fire sauce I requested, or any napkins. Would you eat this? I am only writing a review because I had left one a month ago, not nearly as long as this and it was deleted. I love taco bell, but this establishment needs to do better or be shut down permanently.

There was no one at Taco Bell so they were not busy. I waited about 10 minutes for 12 Taco Surpremes. I took them out and it was about 5 minutes until I opened them and started to eat them, they were terrible, inconsistent ingredients, no tomatoes, to much sour cream and stale tasting hard shells. These were the worst taco supremes I have ever eaten and the price was outrageous too. Sad, I looked forward to tacos and have never been more disappointed.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. These workers are literally brain dead. They could barely take an order at the speaker and when we got to the window they had no clue what they were doing. Probably one of the slowest restaurants in the entire country. Waited 20+ minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Not to mention employees just deciding to go out for a cigarette during peak period. There seems to be absolutely no sense of urgency in any of the employees

I visited this location today and I had an issue with my order….not only did they apologize profusely….the refunded my food, remade my order and gave me a credit for future visits! This was my first time visiting this location as I do not live in the area but you can be damn sure that I’ll come back when I’m in the area – kudos to the manager and staff for outstanding customer service!! Was told it would be a 15 minute wait, turned into nearly an hour. The food was poorly made and missing components in what we did get as we did not get everything that was ordered. Workers were outside smoking and goofing around. Would not recommend this location, should be closed permanently considering the other reviews I just read.

I do not like giving bad reviews but I’m sick and tired of this place messing up my order constantly every time I go there. Because none of my orders are ever correct I’m going to give this place a one star and I hate doing that because this is the Taco Bell that is closest to my home.
