Called 2 weeks in row complaining about horrible gravy for biscuits and gravy. The manager regional was rude and unprofessional. They must have a hard time hiring gm’s they do not know how to make gravy. It’s water one week . It’s chunky not even stirred up the next week. They don’t care. Stopped here for dinner tonight. Ordered 2 combos and a 4 for $6 deal. And got charged for a combo we didn’t even order. Then worker was spotted not wearing gloves while preparing food. They first refunded for the $6 deal we did order til we said it still wasn’t right but manager didn’t seem happy about it.
