Horrible service. Waited over an hour for the food. Food was cold, didn’t not get complete order, driver dumped pizza in his bag and scoopes it back up. Lexi the manager told us the driver said the pizza was dumped when snatched but the pizza was dumped before he got it out of the bad. They would not help over the phone, we had to go to the restaurant to get our refund. Would not recommend the Burlingame location in Topeka at all. We are traveling for work and was way more of an inconvenience than anything.

The pizza was so awesome! We got a large stuffed crust with pepperoni, meatballs, chicken, and mushrooms with extra cheese and extra sauce. The garlic butter sauce on the crust was super yummy! Definitely will be getting pizza from them again when we have the money.

Driver was friendly but wrong pizzas, cold and burnt and one of the pizzas wasn’t cut. This was our second time ordering and our first experience wasn’t the best. When I called the store I kept on getting hung up on. It took me calling 6 times before getting a person. Still waiting to see if I am going to get the pizza I paid for. I ordered my food. Waited the time. When I got to the window the lady at the window said I still had to wait 11 additional minutes, so I waited 30 minutes for my pizza. They also wanted me to pay for my pizza even though I already paid online.

Never received my food. When I called to ask about it they “transferred me to a supervisor” and hung up on me, then when I called back she she’s please hold and hung up on me again. If you don’t want to do your job why are you even there ?
