Made us use the kiosk to order which is absolutely ridiculous! Then when we got out order we were told the blast machine was out of order so I paid for something I couldn’t get. The order was also wrong the crispy gordito was suppose to be the dorito flavored and they weren’t!

I love going to this taco bell because they are always incredibly fast and always so nice! I got a freeze and was shocked a small was $3.50, should’ve gone across the street to BK for that, but at least they were fast so I bit the bullet and got it all at taco bell.

They don’t unlock the lobby to order inside and we was the only people in the drive thru and they said they will not take separate orders and was very rude about it. I drove away with out ordering. If they are that lazy then they are to lazy to make a correct order. Very rude guy at drive thru

This Taco Bell has let me down once again, I honestly don’t know why I go back there. We placed an online order for 2 cravings boxes and apparently they were out of nacho fries, so when I get there they said they were out and couldn’t substitute anything for them are you serious?! Wow! Instead of making it right by substituting something…..anything, for the nacho fries, they said well you can cancel the order. I drove all the way up there not to get food, that I already paid for. Not happy. I ended up getting the order without the fries or any substitute. This place needs better management. The customer is your business. You need them. After eating the food that we just received nothing was made well at all. Burritos were not grill like we asked, among other requests, but this isn’t out of the ordinary for them, so not surprised. Hope whoever visits this Taco Bell has better luck. You have been warned.
