Do not order delivery from here! We ordered delivery at 7:26pm and quoted 25-35 mins (we live half a mile from here). By 7:55 we didn’t receive the pizza yet so I called to check the status. Speak to someone who says pizza is out for delivery, wait 10 more minutes so I waited. 8:15 tried calling back and got hung up on. 8:40 had my fiancé drive over there to just get the pizzas, they claim they are still out for delivery… please explain how the pizzas are “out for delivery” for 45 mins and we live less than 5 minutes away? I understand if there were a couple other orders before us, but now an hour and a half no pizzas while I was quoted 25-35 minutes it’s crazy. We will never order from here again and I suggest you do the same, terrible customer service and I’m pretty sure they stole our pizzas …

It was an hour passed my estimated delivery so I called the store. Apparently the driver dropped it off at the wrong house. When the driver came 30 minutes later to drop off my order… the food was half eaten! Unacceptable now I wait here as I hope to get my cash refund back

Do not go here they will just lie and steal from you. There was an issue with the online order system and it sent my order 3 times. They LIED to me and said they couldn’t do anything and I had to call customer service. They also told me to lie to my credit card company and dispute the charges. I called customer service and was told the location are then ones that need to make the refund. Customer Service called them and the location refused to refund my money.

Pizza bowl was awesome. Will definitely have food delivered next time because the parking here is atrocious. Only two parking spaces at the entire facility. There’s a dentist office parking lot right next door but there’s tow signs everywhere.

Website quoted me 50 min for an online order at 6pm. Its now 7:25pm and still no pizza. Got hung up on once when we tried to inquire on status. Called back again and the guy said ‘the driver is leaving now.’ That was 30 min. ago. They seem to be having some real problems tonight.
