My husband and I attended a show at the bar across the street and afterwards we went to Jimmy Johns for a sandwich. I was pretty frantic because my purse had just been stolen so I didn’t really feel like eating. The individuals working urged me to order and didn’t charge me for a sub!! Outstanding experience! Rarely do you walk out of a sub shop and feel like a VIP, but this location nailed it. Not only was my sub prepared exactly as ordered to a high level of quality, but EACH member of the team made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this Jimmy John’s location.

One of the only food places open late into the night. Went in and ordered 2 Giant sandwiches and got 2 free sides that night (My guest and I chose pickles). Sandwiches were made extremely quick, when leaving though I was confused as to why there were only 3 sandwiches and not 4. Went back inside and politely inquired about the missing sandwich, turns out they made a regular instead of a giant for one of them. The correction was made, and even though I offered to pay the difference, they gave us the sandwich gratis. Everyone was super friendly, with A+ customer service.

If you do want a sandwich, go to the store, dont ask for delivery. I recently ordered on the app, and after an hour with no update I called the store and waited on hold for another 12 minutes, just to be told my sandwich would be ready in 3 hours. Freaky fast. I understand being busy or understaffed, but they need to stop taking orders when they are that far out. Nobody is waiting 3 hours for a sandwich. I called the next day and was told they don’t deliver to my location, even though I’ve gotten delivery here a couple times in the past few weeks. I asked if I ordered something if it would be ready in the next hour and they said “probably not.”

Ordered giant sizes of the gargantuan and another sandwich. Both halves of each sandwich were made by different employees, they were that inconsistent from the other half. The gargantuan wasn’t very gargantuan, like it was the diet version of the gargantuan. The second sandwich was supposed to have extra peppers and extra pickles. The first half had barely any peppers while the second half had one; both halves had one line of pickles nothing extra about it. This location is usually good about the mobile orders that I have sent before. I’m really disappointed about this last visit on 8/10/22 9-10pm.
