If I could give our waitress Star more than 5 stars, I would. (See what I did there??) She was fantastic. The food here was awesome tonight. They have many gluten-free options, including a presed plantain “bun,” that you can order for any sandwich. They also serve coffee. We came in the evening, so I didn’t try it, but we’ll definitely be back many more times!

Moved to Denver 3 years ago and was looking for a decent place to eat here. My friend kept asking me to go to Miami Fusion Cafe and finally we had the chance. Lisa our server was very helpful explaining what the items were on the menu. We had the Cuban sandwich and the brisket sandwich with peppers and onions! It was delicious!!!! The service was excellent and delicious food! It was so good I took home dinner for my husband! Looking forward to going back there for dinner with him! See you soon!!!! PB

Great pork dishes, the Cuban Chop Chop was yummy. I can also recommend the espresso, and the yucca fries with a nice garlic olio. The staff is super friendly too. I miss Miami, a good Cuban sandwich, thick and creamy espressos, fruit empanadas, and fried or baked yucca. Only thing missing at Miami Fusion, maybe, is a good mojito and a nice beach chair. Who knows maybe they will surprise me the next time I am there .

Food was incredibly delicious! Pork was perfectly cooked and so flavorful. Hands down the most incredible coffee I’ve ever had. Best of all, our server Lisa was so friendly and made the experience that much better. Highly recommend. I had the sweet cream latte and Cuban wrap. My mouth is still watering. Can’t wait to come back.

The food was decent, but I think someone messed up in the kitchen and gave me a hamburger patty that was not the correct weight… it was extra small when I got home, definitelynot a quarter pound.

I have heard lots of good things about Miami Fusion Cafe. After Church, my wife and I have it a try. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our waitress gave us some recommendations and she was very helpful describing the various dishes and favorites. We started with the Empanada appetizer…delicious! My wife had the Cuban Sandwich and I had the Cuban Chop Chop for our meals. Both were delicious. My wife said it was the best Cuban Sandwich she had ever had. The roasted pork and Mojo Sauce on my meal was delicious as well. Very flavorful and fresh. My wife finished with an iced coffee to go, and enjoyed it as well. We are looking forward to going back, next time we will probably split a meal. Both of ours were large enough to be shared….at least for us.
