I just went through the drive thru. The food was horrible. The frys were cold. My soda had no ice and filled up 3/4. The burger was so bad I couldn’t eat half of it. This location has had a lot of problems with the food. Other McDonalds are not that bad

Can’t say anything good new londons mcdonalds. Every other time something is missing or messed up. I now check my bag before I leave. No fries today. Called the store,stayed parked at the window. They didn’t apologize, no excuse nothing, just handed the bag and stood there. TERRIBLE, AND THEY WANT TO BE PAID MORE!!!!

I remember when McDonald’s employees made min. Wage and did a good job. Unfortunately that has changed. The reason you go here is so you don’t have to wait. So after watching 4 cars behind me pay and get there food and drink I got irritated and went inside the first kid just stared at me. The female behind the counter asked what I ordered and then blamed it on the hashbrowns not being done. She then went to the fries warming area and grabbed a hashbrown and a sandwich. No apology infact she was snippy. As I walked out I realized I never did get my coffee. Then after leaving I realized that the hasbrown was cold and the sandwich the wrong one the English muffin was burnt and the sandwich was barely warm. The egg didn’t seem to be done. Through it out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU GO HERE STAY AT THE WINDOW THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AT UNTILL YOU GET YOUR ORDER. THINK I WILL BE CONTACTING DEPARTMENT.OF HEALTH AND RECOMMENDING THEY CHECK THIS PLACE FOR FOOD SAFETY CONCERNS.
