Very friendly staff and excellent food. I will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area. My favorite part about it is the buffet style of selections they have. I ordered tortilla shells and made my own tacos from the buffet.

Usually I don’t have much trouble getting delivery of Arroz Rojo, and the food is always pretty good! However, I’ve had a string of unfortunate incidents in the last handful of weeks where the restaurant either cancels my order (with no response/explanation from Arroz or GrubHub) or delivers 1+ hr late (with a couple of rather unfortunate phone calls with Arroz where I was not-so-politely told basically “too bad”). I’ll still try to stop by when I’m in the area, but please keep this in mind if you’re ordering in!

Food’s not bad although it appears most of it has been sitting there for hours ,(even the staff said the food was old and let us know if you want something fresh). The problem is the service mist of the time that we were there there was NO ONE on the floor. They certainly don’t worry about being robbed, but customers were actually walking out because no one would help them. These folks also own the restaurant next door and share staff between the two restaurants.

So it says online they are open. I go in person, there are people inside but the door is locked with a CLOSED sign. A man walks towards the door with a mask, dosent open the door and just walks away. I was so confused. I knock on the window and get ignored. I call the number on their website and explained what’s going on. She says online order only. I then asked If I can order in person to go. She again says online only bye bye then hung up.

Apsolutly disgusting with practicaly not meat selections. The horchata was grainy and the beans were watery, and rice was a little uncooked. Do not go here.
