NO A/C!! The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and attentive. But it was absolutely miserable sitting in the dining area TRYING to enjoy our food. 98° in Texas heat and NO A/C?? What is the matter with you? I feel for the employees. Please fix.

The food was delicious, the timing was horrible. They didn’t have any chips in bags ready. They didn’t have the plastic little containers to put guacamole or salsa out. They didn’t have any tortillas out. She had to go to the refrigerator to get them. It was not organized at all. One of the guys opened up a bag of little plastic containers to put the guacamole and the lids fell on the floor and he still picked them up and put them on the counter used them. Horrible germs

Very disappointed in the customer service. Waited online for about 5 mins with no other customers in front of or behind me. Watched as several staff members passed me and said nothing. Then observed one staff member reach in the chip bin as he passed by and grabbed a few and put them in his mouth. No gloves nothing. The work area was not clean and I feel so bad for this locations regulars. I am at chipotle all over the metroplex at least 3-4 times a week. This has to be a fluke for this location or at least I hope so.

Staff and food was great but right when we paid it was a ROACH on the counter (my mom killed it) and the staff was unbothered because I assume they are used to it which is sad…. it was also extremely hot like fix the AC its TX how am I supposed to enjoy a dine in with roaches and heat?

Don’t ever order at this Chipotle! Full of people that don’t know what they’re doing! They all look confused and dumbfounded . Order was suppose to be ready by 8:30pm. Didn’t get it till 8:50. Nobody was in line and they’re just sitting there talking to each other smh
