Chef Eric is an amazing chef. Never in million years would I have eaten escargot or foie gras until Chef Eric prepared it. This is the ONLY restaurant that I will never question what is put in front of me and just eat it. Ana’is is the most attentive maître d’; her and her assistant are both super sweet, personable, never an empty glass and they are always on point!! It’s always a pleasure and fantastic experience when we go to Traditions. Hands down the best restaurant ever!! I promise nothing on the menu will disappoint. Just a word of advice, no matter how full you feel, DO NOT pass up dessert!! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!!

This is an absolute gem in French cuisine. Everything we had was outstanding and the escargot were some of the best I’ve ever had. Staff is top notch and the chef stopped by our table to see if everything was OK. My only wish is that the menu was more extensive; I can see myself wanting more options after a few visits. We’ll come back many times.

Everything we had here was delicious. I ordered the filet and it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. You have the option of red wine or pepper sauce and the waitress recommended the pepper sauce and it was amazing. Everything was great!

This place was awesome if you like high-end fancy French food and ambiance… I’m not really into that but I had the salmon and it was delicious what I did absolutely LOVE was the dessert – I had the Strawberry Napoleon and it was FANTASTIC my boyfriend had the chocolate mouse cake and the creme brule was delicious too according to my family… You’d NEVER know this place was in this tiny strip mall… But if you’re in the area & you’re into this type of food – I do recommend this place
