I bought my son an Unwich because he couldn’t have bread, he didn’t want any veggies. They gave me literally a sliver of meat and charged extra for the cheese. I paid over 7$ for a piece of lettuce. I talked to the girl at the window and she didn’t care at all. Worst experience ever.

If I could I would honestly give 0 stars! Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star to give a review. The staff, and customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. My daughter walked up to the counter and ordered her meal. Right behind her I ordered two more sandwiches. A grand total of three sandwiches! Well JOSH asked me if I wanted 2 sandwiches total. Of course I said yes figuring he was making 3 sandwiches due to the fact that my daughter ordered a sandwich in addition to the 2 I ordered. So when I mentioned we ordered 3 sandwiches JOSH was extremely rude and snotty and practically yelling at me about it! So I was rude, snotty, and yelled back at him! I mean come on! It’s not rocket science! It’s common sense! If my daughter orders 1 sandwich, and I ordered 2 more sandwiches It’s a grand total of not 2 but 3 sandwiches!!! I paid almost $35.00 for two sandwiches, 4 drinks, and 3 bags of chips. Anyway I feel JOSH was not only extremely rude, and disrespectful, but also ripped me off at the same time!!! In my opinion JOSH should be FIRED!!! If not he should at very least be written up, and RETRAINED on his CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! Also SUBWAY has jimmy johns beat by a long shot! They don’t scheme to try and rip off their customers by charging them extra for cheese on their sandwiches. Cheese is included on their sandwiches. Also at SUBWAY a customer only pays for cheese on their sandwiches if they order extra cheese on their sandwich!!! Also I have been reading the other reviews on this thread. It really looks like your employees at this particular location ALL are in SEVERE need of retraining of their so called CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! Also I will never order from this location again, and I will be telling everyone I know just how horrible the customer service is at this location and how JOSH attempted to rip me off!!! Also because of JOSH being so extremely rude to me you guys completely lost my business for my third sandwich I needed. I took my business to SUBWAY for my 3rd roast beef sandwich that I needed!!! Also at SUBWAY they put four slices of roast beef on my sandwich, as opposed to only the two slices that JOSH put on my sandwich at jimmy johns!!! More delicious flavor on my sandwich from SUBWAY than the chincy 2 slices of roast beef on my sandwiches from jimmy johns. Believe me guys if you want a good sandwich and not be charged extra for your cheese and 50% more meat on your sandwich forget jimmy johns and go to SUBWAY for a much better deal for your hard earned money!!! You deserve it!!!

Ordered my food took 20 min to get 1/2 my order i got 1 out of the 2 sandwiches. Called right away they said as soon as he got back they would send my sandwich. I live 8 blocks away so when was 20 minutes later called again they let me know he was delivering bread to a store across town that he should be back soon. Maybe you could of said something the first time i called. Then 10 minutes later i finally got my sandwich definitely not freaky fast!

It was ok. No greeting from the cashier. They cleaned the pop machine at 7 and don’t close till 10pm. We didn’t want a bottle pop which means they have to clean the machine again. I asked the cashier if they were not expecting walk-ins for 3 more hours and she just said, this isn’t my store.

Jimmy Johns on 16th and Broadway may have the worst service ever!! I ordered for delivery and my order was delivered 45 mins later to another business. Gratefully the other business called me and I went and picked it up. I called to speak with a manager and she essentially told me have a great day! Did not offer any compensation at all and was very rude!!
