I ordered 2 spicy potato tacos. The potatoes inside the tacos are so hard that you can’t even chew them up. I was going to give these to my 3 year old child. If she would had eaten this, she would choke on this, and it would be hazardous to her health. This is a disgrace in the fast food industry. Absolutely disrespectful.

Went through drive through and started ordering. Found out their prices didn’t match what they were charging so said something. Removed one item from my order. Got to the window to find out they cancelled the order. Manager started getting angry, I told him it’s false advertising to have one price listed and charge more. He didn’t care. Told me his manager hasn’t gotten around to it yet. Offered to make me food right then (would have held up other customers and I didn’t trust him) but I declined. He got even madder and shut the window and walked away. Very sketchy place and are overcharging on almost every menu item compared to listed price.

Ordered the new birria taco and a volcano taco online. Went through the drive thru without any issues. Got home and the birria taco was missing the red dipping sauce and the volcano taco was a regular taco. While at the drive thru they pulled up my order and asked me to confirm it. It was correct. How does this even happen? I don’t know if the workers are to blame or the managers. Either way, half my order was wrong and the other half was missing items. Total disappointment.

Staff was friendly.. food was fresh and pretty good. Dining area wasn’t very clean and it is ALWAYS FREEZING in there. And im not one to complain about the cold.. but dang! It’s so cold ir food is chilled but the time u take a few bites.

I’m so annoyed at the moment. I got the cravings box after a very long day at work. Got home to eat and found the bag of nacho chips to be mostly empty. I thought the chips spilled in the bag with how few there were but no, they served me a bag with maybe 4 chips in it. Also a Chalupa is suppose to come in a fried shell, a Gordita comes in a un-fried shell. They do not even offer Gorditas anymore so I am confused as to why that’s what I received. Like you can see the shell is fried in the photos on the menu and yet this is a consistent mistake made. I remember why I stopped eating at Taco Bell now.

Slowest I’ve ever been to. They rush everyone through the drive through and tell them to park in the front. There are literally 8 cars out here. I’ve been here 15min. Every now and then an employee comes out with a bag and wanders from car to car asking if it’s their food. This is the 3rd time I’ve had a weird experience at this location. I’ve given them more than the benefit of the doubt before I leave a low review rating.
