They are not accommodating at all even in small ways. They were rude, it was empty yet every table was dirty, drink machine was completely out of ice and 80% of the drink selections and the food was room temp and stale. If I’m spending $16 on a fast food meal I expect better. This is sad because the location is one I would like to frequent, unfortunately my return will be unlikely.

The dude at the counter should be a bit more groomed when he shows up for work. Thankfully, he was only up-front and not cooking. He was very polite and courteous, though. This location has very comfortable seats and tables, decorated in Burger King style. The food is good and filling.

The slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many. It’s not uncommon to wait 20 minutes or even longer in the drive through. Chic filet or McDonald’s are literally ten times faster. This particular location is managed extremely poorly and it has been for years. Avoid if at all possible.

I’m giving this place 4 stars because of the cheap prices, the cleanliness of the place (including the bathroom), and this cool hang-out area with little sofa seats. I thought that was nice. One thing I was a little disappointed with was how their fries LOOKED like they were seasoned and fancy, but the seasoning on the fries was so weak you could hardly even taste it. I think it was just salt and pepper, but they might as well have not put any on because you can’t even taste it. They just taste like plain fries with no spices or seasoning. Their sweet and sour sauce also tastes pretty funky.

The restaurant wasn’t busy when we arrived. We placed our order and waited about 10 minutes for our food. Our fries were cold, my chicken on my sandwich was overcooked and a lot smaller than the bun (I should have removed the top bun for the photo). Disappointing.
