Thank you for a wonderful customer experience and great Pizza! After being refused basic Customer Service from the competition across the street, I wandered over to Little Caesars on Sunday night. With the parking lot full and the drive thru wrapped around the building, I fully expected to be waiting for an hour or so being a walk-in customer. To my complete shock and surprise, I was greeted by the person behind the counter who promptly took my order for a couple of pizzas. I was told that my wait time was going to be 45 minutes. I settled in expecting the full wait. After only 20 minutes, my pizzas were ready and I was sent on my way. The pizzas were excellent and the respectful Customer Service was greatly appreciated after my debacle across the street. Again, thanks for awesome Customer Service! If you want a Pizza… try Little Caesars.

Ordered two pretzel pizzas only two get one and one Hawaiian I didn’t order both hard as a rock bread sticks had no Parmesan on them you try calling to order they ignore it we couldn’t even finish the pizza it was to hard

Ordered online show up when the app said to and they hadn’t even started my order and had to ask what i ordered. Receive order 20 minutes later for a total of about an hour to make two pizzas. Open up the boxes and they have hardly any toppings and barely cooked. In my opinion they don’t even deserve one star.

We tried to call and put a order in for a hot and ready b/c we know how this place is. They never have them up every single time we go. We sat in line for 30 minutes in the drive through(the lobby was closed for no reason.) after sitting in line we were told it would be 30 minutes for a hot and ready! Even though that is literally the main attraction of the restaurant. This place has seriously gone downhill in the past few months and honestly just needs to close. My family has been going to this little Caesars every Friday night since I was a kid. This will be the last week we go here.Edit: We decided to stop by for a hot and ready once more a week later. Still nobody answering the phones. We sat at the dial tone for (no exaggeration) 20 minutes with no answer we even tried different phones. We get there and they still don’t have any hot and ready up. Mind you it was definitely not busy nobody in the drive through or anything. Save yourself the time and the annoyance and don’t even try to come here.

This store used to be a very nice and friendly place however the new manager has the worst people skills, is super rude, tells doordash people to just cancel their orders and didn’t even start mine however they did my husband’s!!! So unfortunately I will not order from them again after all hungry howies is only right across the street!

Never seem to have any hot and ready pepperoni and employees seem indifferent to caring. Waited 5 min just to be noticed in the drive thru then they were out of most pizzas and would be 30 min for another — love Little Caesar’s but never going to the Eaton Rapids location again.

They never answer their phones, and then say they’re having issues with their phones…. Apparently they haven’t gotten their phones fixed in months… Michael W, he was the cashier at the window, rolled his eyes when I mentioned not being able to place an order over the phone. They’re very disrespectful and rude. He then told me it would be a 35-40 minute wait… but when I got there, my order had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes… extremely upset.

Drive thru has been shut down several times in the past two weeks. So tonight I ordered online to pick up thinking it would be more convenient. Ordered around 5pm. Was told my order would be ready around 540. I waited until 6:10 in the lobby and they didn’t even speak to me. I actually had to grab a worker while he was looking for someone else’s order to tell him my online order was sitting on his back counter ready…and not in the portal warmer like it should have been. I fully understand they are short staffed. But the lobby was full of upset customers that kept being told 5 more minutes over and over again. Staff was very unorganized.

The idiots running this store obviously don’t like money or care about customer service. The people who work there rarely answer the phone, order online and said my order would be ready between 955-10pm. Showed up and the pizza wasn’t even started. Another 30 minute wait they didn’t have dough ready. They didn’t even have Hot and Ready Pizzas.
