Dairy Queen always has great ice cream. I wanted onion rings. Visiting from out of state, I have my own favorite there. It was okay but not my my favorite. For me, an onion lover, the breading was too thick and doesn’t allow the onion taste to come through.

I ordered off an app, and they unfortunately didnt have one of my requested toppings, but the manager Francisco CALLED ME and asked me what I would like instead. The customer service here has always been great whenever we go in or through the drive-thru, but I never expected that level of customer service, let alone when I ordered on an app. 10/10 this place and the people who work there ROCK!

Got 2 kids hot dogs look like they were from 2 yrs ago..Thankfully I had hotdogs at home which is the hotdog you see in the middle of the 2 nasty ones served here. Not good for a new bussiness I won’t be back because our French fries were very old and cold also.

Better than average fast food. If I want a fast food burger in Las Vegas, this DQ is definitely in my top 3 choices. It’s a fairly typical fast food experience but the economy has definitely done a number on the prices. $12 for a burger, fries and a drink in combo format. We’re at Red Robin prices there but to be fair, i haven’t been to Red Robin lately so for all I know, their prices have gone up significantly as well

Look, I know what it’s like working in fast food…but waiting 30+ min at the window after the cashier swiped my card is just too long. It’s not only how slow service was, but there was no communication – “hey, sorry we’re running behind, but we’re waiting on this item and it should take X more min.” Plus I had to remind the cashier he didn’t give us our drinks (which had soda all over the outside of the cup), and then again that we still didn’t have our ice cream.

This is the second time I’ve tried to order the pumpkin pie blizzard and it’s “not in yet” although it’s been advertised for over a week and available on mobile order. Plus this is the absolute SLOWEST location I’ve ever been to. Please communicate appropriately if you don’t have something. Just waisted 20 min stuck in the drive through for literally nothing.
