We live super close so it’s really easy to get there to pick about our orders. Typically it takes me about 5 minutes to walk over to it the food is usually ready much faster than they say. Also have a few tables but they are really just adequate so we usually just pick food up to go home. I would totally recommend you eat their food though as it’s great.

Asked for spicy on our Thai food, didn’t add any spice. Literally, none, it tasted like lo mein with different noodles. Definitely was not pad woon sen. They charge $16 for shrimp tempura but only give you 5 shrimps, and veggies for the rest. The shrimp were overcooked and hard sadly. Veggies weren’t bad though. Overall very disappointing, over priced and poor quality.

I’m not normally one to leave reviews, especially negative, but it doesn’t feel right not to share my experience. I have been ordering from Moongate for about a year now. A few days ago, i found a cockroach in my pineapple curry. I called the restaurant to let them know, and I’m not sure they believed me. They seemed upset that i wanted a refund, & there was no apology or acknowledgement that this is not okay. I would not recommend Moongate anymore :/

Food is always fresh and very consistent. Delivery is quick when you call in an order. Price is fair. Many places the foods taste too similar and Moongate has such a variety of flavors and heat levels. It took a long time to find a “Chinese Food” place that we like and would deliver. Moongate checks all the boxes. Check them out if you find yourself in the area!
