Done with this location. We’ve ordered pizza and wings from here twice in the last month, and both times it took well over an hour to deliver. When you call to find out where your order is, they just say- out for delivery. No apology or concern for the customer. We live less than 3 miles from this store and for some reason it takes them over 45 minutes to get here. I don’t mean from the time I ordered, I mean from the time they sent the “Your order is out for delivery” text. If you want good, hot pizza delivered, DO NOT order from here. I placed my order at 3:10. It is 5:10 right now, and still waiting.

This was by far the worse pizza I’ve ever had. It’s simply just reading what the customer ask for and is paying for. But they chose to do whatever they want. I blame the management for not doing any QC. I didn’t even call to get my money back but it’s the last $35 or red cent they will see from my pockets. If it was that bad in the beginning I can only imagine what they would have given me the second time around. You would think I order 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas. There is no consistency on either pizza. The beef pizza has almost nothing but bread on half and the white chicken has sauce on 3 slices. I’m laughing because with instructions on how to make them, you still manage to get it wrong.

The associate was very friendly and personable. I did a curbside pickup and he apologized for the wait but I didn’t even think the wait was unreasonable. The pizzas were perfectly crafted and tasted delicious; my kids ate every bite.

Ordered Pizza online, live 3 miles from store, didn’t have a car at the time so decided to order pizza for the kids. Why, why why did I choose Pizza Hut to order from, only the Lord knows. Will never, ever, ever order from them again. Ordered a large cheese pizza and cinnamon sticks, came to $27.74. Waited for over an hour for the delivery. I have you to know the pizza was cold and no cinnamon sticks. Called the store asked to speak with the Manager. Waited 5 minutes and got hung up on while waiting. Called back and was told the manager is busy. As the young lady to check for my order. She came back on the phone said she see my order for the cinnamon sticks but I will have to come and pick them up, but you charged me a delivery fee. Never on God’s green earth will I order from PIZZA HUT again. As I’m typing this been on hold with them for twenty four minutes. Since I didn’t get my cinnamon sticks, do you think they will refund that cost back to my card, what you guys think . From now on back to Lil Caesars I keep saying they’re the bomb. I should have just grubhubbed them. Oh well lesson learned.

I placed an order at 9:07 PM. I realized that I haven’t gotten my pizza at all at 11pm when the store is closed. The email tracker states that the pizza is being made. The next morning I call only to find out they canceled my order at 10:15pm without even notifying me. I rather have had cold or cardboard pizza because this was my dinner however I was left waiting for absolutely nothing. A ginormous middle finger to this store.
