The food was amazing! The best cheese dip ever! It was so thick and had a great flavor. The chimichanga trio is my favorite! Great portions, good prices, and friendly staff. El Rooster is my favorite Mexican place. 100% recommend.

You can tell how good the place is on how many Hispanic customers are there. That should have been my first red flag. The chips were stale. I had a Chile relleno, never had ground beef in one before. I’m guessing it was ground beef. The tamale was dry. Im just saying I was not a fan. And the service did not deserve a good tip, but i have to tip..it’s my nature. We are visiting family, I’ll make sure they dodge this bullet.

I’m from out of town and was told this was the most authentic Mexican restaurant in Fayetteville. Sadly it is not as good as what I can get at home. Food was cold (maybe even undercooked), salsas were bland, and the service was not good. I can’t recommend this place at all.

Best Mexican food in Fayetteville. Don’t let the small atmosphere fool you, the food is much more tastier here, than the other Mexican restaurants in town. The free chips and salsa are fantastic and service is great, also. I travel alot for work and the food here is better than most Mexican restaurants I’ve been to around the country. Try the Steak or Chicken Quesadilla Tropical. Lots of flavor going on.

There was hardly any communication from Spanish to English a child was running around the food was horrible i didn’t even get to taste it because it was so horrible. They seemed like they couldn’t cook to save there life I’ll never go there again. Fayetteville seems to have no restraunts that are good
