The gas pumps are almost ALWAYS out of paper. Do the employees ever refill the paper??? I work at a local business with multiple company vehicles and I hear the same complaint from most of the employees. Also, I frequently see some Caseys employees sitting on the window sill. Call me a Karen, but I do not think it is appropriate for employees to be doing this especially when they should be doing things, like checking expiration dates on food items they sell (I’ve learned to check dates since I had purchased expired items on 2 different occasions within a 2 week period), refilling gas pump paper, cleaning rest rooms, etc. The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is because most of the employees are friendly.

I go to this Casey’s when I feel too dirty from work to feel presentable at Kwik Trip. The last time I tried to go there was about 10 minutes prior to the posted closing time. The guy behind the counter waited until I was out of my car to turn off the lights and lock the door. Why is this place still open at all?.

I understand any new business will have growing pains. We are huge fans of Caseys pizza. We have ordered one almost weekly from the time they opened. We have only gotten what we ordered maybe two times! The first couple times, was excused due to them being new. Thursday we ordered the same pizza again, Canadian bacon, mushroom and onion. Simple, right! Guess not! Once again it took ten minutes to say my phone number, repeated 4 times, gave my order at least 3 times. Showed up 25 minutes later, when I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes……they were just finishing making it! COME ON! Seriously! So we go to Fredonia for an event and stopped in to grab a piece of pizza for lunch…….ITS NOON! They only had two pieces of pepperoni and two pieces of cheese pizza. Come on MANAGEMENT! GET IT TOGETHER!

Bad gas, and insist on scanning your ID. I’m well well over 21… I haven’t been carded in years. Here I had to fumble to get my ID out, and in one fast action he scans it before I even know what happened. Why do they need my weight, eye color, address, DL number, donor status, and 87 other private details to buy anything “adult”. Which btw is clearly the only reason to actually go into a gas station these days. I’ll drive the extra two miles for gas that doesn’t make my 2018 car idle rough, and where I can expect at least a little privacy when purchasing things.

Casey’s Chicken is Phenomenal. The best in Saukville.. Its quick to get in and out, which is appreciated early in the Morning on the way to work or traveling out of town. Friendly Staff, Stocked Shelves, and good prices. Check it out when in town..
