Been standing here waiting on my order and there are pizzas just sitting out on a counter and not in the warmer for going on 10 minutes now, meanwhile the warmer has pizzas in it and has been hanging open for almost 20 minutes. These are all my pizzas getting cold while I stand here waiting.

Ordered the deep dish Chicago style pizza it was perfect. It wasn’t burnt or anything. It was two young guys, and they had a steady pace. One was making the food, and the other was taking the orders and preparing. It was a little slow paced but they got the job done ✔️

I gave two stars for the pizza but easily could have gone with one based on the overall experience- namely customer service. As noted by other reviews the service is , well, bad. It has been awhile since I’ve been to Little Caesars and forgot they moved. When calling in the order, the worker seemed rather disinterested. She hung up without telling me how much the pie would cost. I attempted 2x to call back to determine the cost and method of payment but got no answer. After traveling to the old location and figuring out where they are now located, I was late. I stood at the counter and was waited on by the same worker who took my order. I asked if they took checks or just credit cards or cash. She didn’t know the answer so I just paid with a credit card.

They close early every night. If it’s after 8 they don’t care. Put different amounts of crazy bread in a bag, sometimes only 5 sometimes 10 then tell you it’s just random. Tell me they’re closed at 8:15 or just not taking orders on several occasions even though they close at 9 then tell me he’ll take my order for tomorrow. Lazy, rude, stealing company time. Great place!

I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered delivery and it never showed up. No one would answer the phone. No one will return a call from corporate. I have to dispute the charges with my card company. What happened? It seems that it’s not just this location but the whole company that has nose-dived in quality and customer service.
