FREAKY RUDE…Had the worst experience ever at this Jimmy John’s. The Hispanic girl that says she is the manager needs a lesson or two in customer relations, and how to treat people. Brought in a sandwich I had purchased where the roast beef was grizzly. This place often gives a really hard time about pickup orders expecting you to come inside which defeats the purpose of a quick online order. If it’s finished, why is it a big deal to hand it out the window. At least these orders are not holding up the line. Plus, if you just use drive through you can’t earn rewards through the app.
