We decided to stop and have a bite to eat before heading into the madness of Austin Traffic. But this Japanese cuisine is so good and hits the spot, the lady that greeted us was so friendly and the food took about 20min to come out. It was so delicious Arigatō gozaimasu! We will be back for more !

This is definitely the best Japanese fusion food truck I‘ve ever been. I got the Salmon teriyaki, gyoza chicken and Hibiscus tea. They were all very delicious and well cooked. And the hibiscus tea is AMAZING and perfect for this Texas heat. Excited to go back this week to try more options from the menu.

This place is just incredible. The gentlemen working there was kind and polite. The food was so much better than what we had expected from a food truck. I wish the spicy option was spicier… but the catsu chicken was fried so very well. The hot and sour soup was surprisingly spicy and delicious. I’d never had hot and sour soup before but now I’m hooked! Can’t wait to visit this place again!

tofu dishes are amazing, very glad to have a place with good tofu so close and size portions are enough for 2 meals! everybody’s else dishes (non tofu) looked amazing too!

I have been wanting to try this food truck with Japanese fusion cuisine for a long time. Finally, I was in the area for a late lunch and I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Tonkatsu (pork cutlet) and Takoyaki to go. The Tonkatsu was enormous, and it can certainly feed two people easily or provide for two meals. it was quite tasty, although, I do prefer standard Japanese tonkatsu sauce rather than the sauce it came with. Fortunately, I had a bottle of Japanese Tonkatsu in my fridge. The takoyaki (fried octopus dumpling appetizer) was quite good, although a little bit ight on octopus! I look forward to returning to try other items on the menu.

I don’t say this about many restaurants I review, but this place has the BEST food! Not even sure how else to describe it! I ordered many different things from their menu so I could get a good sampling of what kind of food they have. Let me tell you, it was not disappointing! It almost doesn’t matter what you order, everything is delicious! You owe it to yourself to try this place if you haven’t already.

I had the best Salmon dish I have ever had at the Seeda food truck in Lago Vista. I had the Teriyaki Salmon that was perfectly cooked with rice & salad so amazingly delicious, we also tried the Katsu Red Curry Shrimp that was a must try as well. If you want a five start food experience, that is better than most restaurants you really need to try the food at Seeda, their friendly service and food recommendations is a added plus!!!

Some of the freshest food in town. Stopped by here for a quick lunch and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend if your looking for good food and good times. Apparently they have live music on weekend and it’s byob.
