Hours on door are incorrect. Placed an online order and could not pick it up. Had to wait in drive through instead. Store needs to not allow online orders if the lobby is going to close sooner than the time listed on the door.

Zaxby’s used to be one of my go to places for lunch. I had gone to Zaxby’s drive thru to place an order for myself and 3 co-workers upon placing the orders I was told they could only do three orders through the drive thru, this was about 2pm on Thursday 1-20-22. I ordered the food for my co-workers and after I paid I proceeded to leave the premises without any reasoning, apologizes, or explanations for this decision. I get it because of the time it takes to process the orders. But what gets me is there’s no one in line behind me and there is 5 or 6 people in the kitchen area. There are a lot of fast food restaurants struggling right now, and someone trys to give you business and you reject it. You can bet this will be the last time I set foot or in this case, drive onto any of your properties. It’s a shame because your food and your service is normally way above average.

I came to this Zaxbys and Josh was able to make the ORIGINAL Zaxbys Club (the one on texas toast with lettuce and tomato, not this new one I will never order again) and it was GREAT!! Door Dasher here. Don’t expect priority over other customers, ever! But I do expect decent service! The young man that was supposed to be working front counter and taking care of my order, was more worried about talking to the young ladies in the lobby! The young men cooking the food was as well! The cooks came out of the back area and was talking to them at the front counter!!!! Instead of making the food!!!!
