We ate inside. It was far busier for the drive-thro than inside. We got our food fast. I ordered the signature club. It was okay. I definitely had better fast food chicken sandwiches but that’s my personal take. The cashier lady was nice and attentive. Dining area seemed cleaned as well as the bathroom.

Update: drink machine is still not fixed. It’s been about 3 months. We’ve complained several times and always have to get drinks from the drive thru drink machine. Also, the past 3 weeks, the men’s bathroom has been out of soap. How are the employees washing their hands?!

I went to the Zaxbys in Wilson today for the first time. I paid $8 for a three piece tender snack and this is what I got. I should have gone a little farther to the Smithfield’s chicken n barbecue . At least you get a real ckn tender and not a teeny dry one. I don’t normally write reviews but this was ridiculous. Needless to say, it will be my last visit!!

My family loves this Zaxby’s. We don’t live in the area but found this Zaxby’s several years ago on a drive to vacation. Now, every year we stop at this same Zaxby’s. It’s always so clean, food is hot and delicious and the staff is always so friendly. By far the best Zaxby’s we’ve been to.
