We absolutely love Casey’s Pizza but a few months ago when we ordered they got our pizza wrong at 3500 West 16th Street and when I called the guy said he was going to write our name down for a free one next time. It’s been months and every time I try to call to order pizza to get the replacement the phone just rings and rings and nobody will pick it up. Tonight I finally was tired of calling and no answer so I ordered the pizza online went in to pick it up and told the guy about the replacement Pizza and he said there was nothing that they could do for me. So I ended up leaving both pizzas behind and going somewhere else and will never order pizza or shop there again.

Absolutely do not pay cash. Nobody is truly that bad at counting. And every single time as well. Other then paying $25 for one gallon of gas (which i just left at the pump for someone else to waist their time with. But the way she reacted when i told her i gave her $25. Instant attitude, yells for her manager to come over immediately, flat out refused to count the money i just handed her then slams the drawer shut with an increasing attitude befor it even opened an inch. In a small store quickly filling up with people when i didnt even have an attitude with her. All i did was say i gave you $25 when she told me $4 on pump 8
