The Papa Murphy’s in Burlington, WI is very good at what they do. The pizza was perfect. I ordered half pepperoni, half pepperoni and Canadian bacon with extra mozzarella on all. Portions were right. Food was fresh. And ready by the time I said I would pick it up.

Standing in check out at Walmart I saw that no one was in line at Papa Murphy’s and no staff was on the front line. So I thought good time to grab a Cowboy Pizza. So I went up to counter ( very friendly girl) ordered my one pizza and paid. Then I was told it would be 20 minutes to get it???? I thought that was weird. I got my money back and girl was very nice about it. But I was confused why it would take up to 20 minutes.

Slowest papa Murphy’s in the world a snail could make a pizza faster. Also the lack of uniform really shows how much the owner care about their image. This papa Murphy’s needs new management to increase speed and production, as a customer I shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes for one pizza and a cheesy bread. The store also allows their employees to ball dough without gloves, I’m sure they wash there hands but seriously I don’t know what they have touched in the last 5 minutes that could contaminate the dough that I may purchase.

Although very friendly seriously, the slowest, worst service imaginable. 3 teens at the counter, people waiting for pizzas and apparently we make 1 at a time. The entire point of the counter design is assembly line! Still trying to figure out how the customer 2 transactions behind me got his pizza before me. Back to training 101…
