The guy taking our order made the process very confusing by selecting sides for us without asking, and then specifically asking if we wanted cheese on the side without mentioning it would be extra. I think he wanted to pocket the difference tbh.

Good is fine for a Taco John’s. But we drove through the drive thru and they messed up our order. Found out when we got home. Went back, tried to make my wife feel like it was our fault. Then made her pay for fresh potato ole’s since she didn’t want to eat cold food after we all ate without her. Never had an experience like this for customer service before.

The food wasn’t made to order. I ordered 3 taco bravos. 1 had meat and lettuce. 2nd one had meat and maybe 10 pieces of lettuce. 3rd one had just had meat. Hopefully management will re-teach their help to how to make food again.

My 91 year old mother ordered 2 hard shell tacos. There was some communication differences between my mother and the gal waiting on her. The gal said a number 2 which is 2 soft shell tacos (not hard shell) and then asked if she wanted to upgrade to a medium or large ( which my mother had no clue). My mother was very upset when she got her meal but ate the 2 hard shell tacos and took back the potato’s and sour cream back to the very rude gal. I think you need some training on customer service, especially when dealing with the elderly! All my mother wanted was 2 Hard Shell Tacos!

Ordered bacon breakfast burrito and they used shredded cheese when it’s supposed to have the melted cheese and no ole’s in the burrito either. Staff was a joke and were rude when I told them they messed up. What a waste of money
