This place has definitely taken a turn for the worst. I arrived a few minutes after six pm on March 8th. Nobody was behind the counter. I had to wait for around 8 minutes before the first employee came in from the back room. At check out, I was informed they were out of chips. The salsa bar was almost empty. The dining area was messy, especially the floors. Food debris, napkins cups all over. The restroom was so filthy that it wasn’t usable. Dos Bros down the road has a new customer.

When I got here, we were served with a decent speed, but then I watched as 4+ customers stood there for more than 5 minutes and no one came out of the back. Several folks left, and finally, a guy in line called the store on his phone and someone came out. Most of the flavors in the drink machine are out, the salsas need refilling, and the place is a little dirty. I was going to order some to go for my wife, but seeing the wait time now, it’s not something I have time for. I really hope they are able to get a few more decent employees and turn it around. As it is now, they are losing business.

This is one of the steady restaurants providing good food. The food wars are continuing, with Moe’s Southwest Grill holding their own . This is located in one of the fastest growing areas in Chattanooga off Hwy # 153 . It’s only about six miles from the of tourism. I love the Cheese burrito , Guacamole ,and the Loaded Nachos with Beef. The service is always fast, and friendly on the go. You guys can also sit down , and eat. It’s a variety of other items, that are simple to fulfill your hunger. I love Chatt Town Mr. C.

We had 3 tacos, 2 drinks, a cup of queso and a homewrecker burrito.. it was 32.50. We shared everything and loved the beef tacos. The chicken taco was good. The salsa bar has 2 mild and 2 hot salsas. The service was excellent and the store was clean..The rice was a little bit under cooked.

There was a time, this was a favorite! As of today, I refuse to go back. Went in shortly before 5PM. Garbage cans were overflowing. Production line was dirty. Ingredients were dried up or nothing in container. Salsa bar was mostly empty. Very disappointed! Spent almost $30 for two of us. Don’t waste your time. Would have left if I were not hungry and tired. Girl tore up large chunks of chicken with her hands in front of me and put on burrito. Had to pull from mouth and bite off.

I just want to give a shout out to the crew thats here now! It was so nice and refreshing to walk in n actually get smiles and friendly service with good food! Haven’t been in here in over six months because of the old crew and the way the store was being ran, so needless to say, I was a little hesitant, but decided to try again, and I’m very happy I did. I had a takeout order and got home only to realize one of the burritos was wrong, which is gonna happen sometimes. I called and immediately the girl asked me what I had and said they would have it ready for me and apologized for the inconvenience, this never would’ve happened with the old crew, I would have been lucky if they even answered the phone lol. So shout out to you guys for doing an amazing job!! Definitely gonna start recommending people come eat here again!
