Went to get an 8 piece family meal tenders so I wouldn’t have to cook. The tenders were so dried out and old since I live on the other side of town I just had to chalk it up as a loss. Unfortunately they are located conveniently close to my work, but I will not go back. Customer service is good but the food is trash

Everytime I’ve visited this Church’s over the past 5 years, the staff is pretty rude and I end up waiting 15 to 30 minutes for food that is not even semi fresh. Chicken is hard and dried out. I like Church’s alot, just not this one.

Not giving it 5 stars for the service but the chain of events that followed. Rolled up cause my kid wanted some mashed potatoes. They close at 9 according to the sign it’s 8:39 p.m. Pull up to drive thru wait for about 5 min and no one ever tries to take my order or acknowledge I’m even there. I drive an old ranger you know they heard that motor ticking. Anyway my kid still wants them taters. So we leave and go to the dollar store pick up some instant cups and some Pokemon cards. He pulled and ultra rare worth 109 bucks. Brand new microwave from Walmart didn’t work so he still didn’t get the mashed potatoes tho.

I love going in because I know I’m going to feel welcome and it all starts with the manager Mariela, she is very professional and is always trying to go over and beyond for her customers!
