Slow and disorganized. Gave me a dirty to-go bag. Food was ok, but they got my order wrong.

So incredibly disappointed. We went a while back, and I was not impressed with the spiedies. They were dry and over cooked. My boyfriend and I decided to give them another try since he really wanted a cheesesteak. I, again, opted for the spiedies. I got a large this time, and what the actual heck is this?? 6 pieces of chicken on a hard, dry sub roll. SIX pieces. At $12, there should have been more than that. The bread could have easily held double that.

My new favorite place!! I loved the cheesesteak- the best I’ve ever had- and the SALT POTATOES WERE HEAVENLY. Seriously. Get the salt potatoes with truffle oil. Everyone is really nice and friendly too, the environment was awesome and I would go every day if I could!!

Terribly disappointing. Sandwiches are the bare minimum, bitter and burnt (yet we waited a while). Won’t be returning and I suggest you don’t either

I thought the food was pretty tasty. Portions maybe could have been a bit bigger. It’s totally not Philadelphia but great for the binghamton area. Well worth the stop in my opinion.

Got a power bowl and it was delish…also some of the best fries in the area. Super filling and probably won’t need a dinner now!

The owner is the nicest guy ever. I had a cheesesteak and fries. Everything was hot and fresh and I didn’t have to wait long at all. He even gave me some Boss Sauce for dipping my fries. The food was delicious, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. $12 for a fresh sandwich and fries was a deal to me as prices have gone up on everything these days. I’m going back soon to try some other things, but I’m sure the cheesesteak will be my favorite. The restaurant is clean and looks great. I recommend going, I was pleased!

First Impressions are everything and this one was great. Only negative of my experience is the indoors it was a little dark and lack luster however was clean and in good shape inside. The Gentleman at the counter was friendly and attentive and did not take long to make the fresh order. The sub was delicious and their hot peppers have some nice spice. Great roll with tender and tasty cheesesteak inside and a fair size sub. People complain about price but the reality is you will pay that anywhere now. I Would definitely go back or recommend to other people.

I love the story of this place and the logo… A cheesesteak hot air balloon. Very clever in the context of the local culture around spiedie fest and hot air balloons. the aesthetic inside is steampunkish/industrial mixed with electro-swing on the radio. It works.
