We have been ordering Lil Caesars Pizza for years. I have 3 boys. When we order through the online delivery and they cancel the order but don’t turn delivery off… that’s because they don’t want to work. 3rd time this has happened and I have to wait 2wk to two months for my money back. Lil Caesars has been around too long for this type of bad business!… this post is 2months old at this point and I still haven’t gotten my refund.

You don’t carry pretzel crust enough so we’d hope it would be right. Tonight my boys were excited as they wanted me to bring some home. I stopped at 3400 Holcomb Bridge and ordered exactly what they’d hoped to get. I get home and to their extreme disappointment the pizza is covered crust and all with Parmesan cheese and no salt. Tried to call the location 3 times but nobody answers the phone. Extremely disappointing.

Every time I come the pizzas I get are always fresh and cooked/made perfectly. The longest I’ve had to wait is about 10 or so minutes tops on a busy day. I don’t mind waiting for quality. Those who gave 1 star, you do know you can just open the box in store to view the pizza and request another one if not satisfied right? Don’t wait until you drive home to complain.

The only reason I’m giving this review today is because my daughter and I walked into Little Caesars and it was so hot in there we had thought we took a visit to the end of Earth. The two stars is for the young lady she did such an awesome job but again it was so hot she could barely move or speak. I asked her if I should call OSHA she explained the AC wasn’t working what a shame the company should do better to make sure that their employees are working in comfortable conditions to be able to at least do their job better.
