In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I come here Often I work long hours. I come here hoping for a good meal. It’s like they have kids here milking the clock doing nothing . Several times my food has been cold. I ask to make sure it’s fresh and it never is and they’ll hide behind the window to not speak with clients . Not worth it . If they can’t do the minimal I can only imagine what cleanliness is like …

I ordered 4 sandwich meals and a Parmesan loaded fries , Milkshake machine “wasn’t working”. This guy literally put a cold box of loaded fries in my bag THERE IS NO WAY HE DIDN’T DO THIS INTENTIONALLY, which leads me to believe it has been sitting around from a previous order, possibly in someone else’s hands. I am pregnant which his lazy/ignorance could’ve caused me and my baby greater harm. There is no way the fries, the cheese and bacon should ALL be cold, if freshly cook. I’ve had this item before at a better location. I started not to feel well to the point on possibly not eating Checkers anymore, especially this location because not even the sandwiches look like they should. Now I have to take the night off (waste of money!) and now a days work!

I ordered a meal with a large watermelon slushie and as I was drinking the drink that I paid extra money to upgrade to, I could only taste ice water. There wasn’t any watermelon flavor in my drink so I thought it was maybe my taste buds so I drank it till I was certain it had no flavor. I went back to the window and told the cashier that there was no flavor and she says you drank half of the drink and the machine makes the drink I just put the cup under it. She made me another drink with a attitude and that drink was watered down as well. All she had to do was say the machine isn’t working and can I give you a refund or anything else.

Ordered the new barbecue baconzilla combo,I was charged 11.39$,I pointed out to the cashier that the price on the front of the store said 8.99$ she told me I was wrong. I argued the fact that I’m literally looking at the price as we speak,she came around to the front of the store seeing the sign and proceeded to rip it down and told me the sign was wrong and i meant to order a small. I found it comical but rude. I always pass by this checkers but I never stopped to get food from there and last night was the first time I went there and got me some food. The spicy chicken sandwich was the truth their spicy chicken sandwich taste better than any other checkers I been too. Their food overall taste better than every checkers in my area. They got it going on and from now on I will come here to buy my food and their hi-c fruit punch is the truth and plus they move much faster than the other checkers. And the order window is fast using you have to wait a very long time. Checkers on 54th street is the best

Got charged for an order that was not mine. The cashier was patient despite the miscommunication. The other worker in the back cooking had the worse attitude, that I just asked to cancel the order. Then both of them didn’t know how to cancel the order. Hoping to get my money back someday, because I left empty handed that day after waiting 30 minutes in line.
