I would suggest not going if the place closes within an hour of arrival, as options were limited and it’d appear they were prepping to close (seating areas were blocked, 1 out of the 2 soda machines were operational, etc). But the staff were exceptional and did what they could to compensate for any deficiencies. Food came out great and I’d take this place over Chipotle.

We came here for the first time on February 20th for dinner. We waited forever in the line as it was moving so slowly. The portion size for the kids’ bowls was disappointingly small. Maybe that’s why they were free. My bowl was ok, flavor was ok, but they forgot to add the sour cream so the bowl was dry and because of the dryness, I didn’t finish my bowl. The brownies were good. The trash can was overflowing. They should make sure that they empty it before it gets that bad. We may come back, but it will be a while.

First time being here and I was told this was better than Chipotle. Loved the speedy service and they even gave you trays for yourself so you don’t spill anything. It was a lot better than Chipotle I will be coming here more often.

It was okay. Went at an off time, like 2:30 on a Saturday. You could tell the food had been sitting on the line a while: dry crunchy spanish rice, dry chicken, super thick black beans. I got a bowl, husband got a burrito. The food was luke warm at best, and was cold by the time we sat down to eat on their patio. The queso and chips was really tasty, but the queso was super thick as others have said.

Ordered dinner online. The food was ready when I got there to pick it up, but when I got home I realized that they didn’t include one of the drinks, chips and none of the side sauces were there. The meat in the bowls was tough and flavorless. Overall a disappointment.

I always have a good experience at this Freebirds location. The restaurant is fairly clean, I think they should clean their restrooms more frequently. The food is really tasty, especially the nachos. I always love their outside patio where you have a choice to dine in or outside.
