Meh. They lied about all fresh veggies…mushrooms are canned. Also, when it says “mixed greens”, that means 100% romaine lettuce. Oh, and if you don’t have an account/just visiting, expect to make payment when you call the order in.

I came in to pick up my pizza I had ordered and paid for by phone. There were people ahead of me making an order. As soon as the girl was done getting their order she walked away. I had to stand at the counter for over 5 minutes before she came back to help me. She didn’t even ask me if I was picking up an order or needed to make one, she just looked at me standing behind the people and walked away.. First time I’ve been disappointed here.

My wife orders, calls after 50 minutes because she hasn’t even heard back, or had a confirmation call. Was told they will get it out ASAP, because they were busy with Prom… My wife says OK, I understand… after another 45 minutes, she calls to check on it again… was told they had JUST put in the order 40 minutes ago?!?!? My wife says she is canceling, but is then told it’s on the way, so if she cancels, she is BANNED! So now we are BANNED .. we BOTH have worked in the service industry for a LONG time, and this takes the cake for HORRIBLE service, store policy, and overall decency! We will be MORE than happy to never spend so much for a less than average product… ✌️

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza to be delivered to our hotel. About 40 minutes later, the courteous delivery man arrived with our hot pizza. It was delicious and the ease of ordering by phone and not having to go out for it made it even better. I was on hold for a few minutes waiting to order but that wasn’t bad at all. Would definitely order from Napoli’s again if in the area.

Napolis I’ve rated before. The pizza was average but sometimes better than other locations. This is a small store and are very busy. I walked in at 10pm and asked for small cheese pizza. The person asking is that it, can I get you anything else? Would you like pepperoni? I just wanted cheese. He said have seat, easygoing, 5 minutes and I’ll add some extra cheese so you get the full experience. I told him not necessary but he said that had been very busy and was happy to do a short order. Paid and thanked him and enjoyed a delicious pizza with just some extra cheese. What a difference. I’ll remember that, and that location. Added a couple more stars to them. Good employees are hard to find that make your customers want to come back.

So we ordered 2 pizzas, we’re staying in the nearby hotel so it was very convenient to have them within walking distance. When we got back we absolutely devoured the pizza, it was fantastic. So good in fact that I’m about to order another one. The only downside is that it’s very thin pizza, closer to New York style. Nothing wrong with that, we just didn’t know when we ordered. Overall it was delicious, definitely will order again in the future if we come through West Virginia.
