ALL the tables had food remnants and was sticky. Food and trash on the floor. When we walked in, there were no other patrons, it was slow. Another customer, a gentleman came in behind us and he too made the comment on how nasty the tables/place was.

Hate the new kiosk system, can’t get a personal answer from employees, however the nice lady, seemed to be the manager was restocking sauce and noticed I needed the one she had. The service at this particular store is good, but honestly the kiosks as nice as they are seems to make the workers feel they can completely ignore customers.

I came in and I had order some food and a frozen Baja blast I just asked in a polite manner if the drink I was given was a large as it looked like a medium I was told it was and I replied okay and started to go sit with my food the gentleman behind the counter immediately started getting defensive and started replying do you want to talk to my manager in which i replied no sir I said that’s okay and he then went in the back and started saying some extremely rude remarks to his coworkers about us over all I feel extremely disrespected by this interaction which is disappointing as I frequent here often. It’s pretty disappointing how rarely the lobby of a fast food restaurant will be open ever since so I’d (which was at its peak 3 whole years ago!). But some places such as this location have opened it up, but only really during the daytime. Hardly ever at night. Which makes it nearly impossible to provide quality delivery service via doordash/Uber eats. Then you can still almost never get them to stay open until the advertised time. And if something does go wrong such as them not having a certain order, this restaurant has no way for you to turn around or exit the drive thru line. You are expected to wait in line still! Behind 5 cars. Unless you’d like to drive over the curb and risk damaging your car

My cashier, Cecilia R, from Colombia, was very patient with me when I was practicing my Spanish. She didn’t seem frustrated or hurried to get to the next customer. She also made sure she understood my order and offered sauce and provided extra napkins. I know restaurants are struggling with labor resources and the people who are willing to work during these times are putting extra to fill the gap of staffing shortages. Despite these stresses Cecilia and the others at this Taco Bell are great examples of American resilience and diversity.
