Came to Fort Jackson to attend son’s graduation from Basic Training. Went to this PX food court Arby’s for Lunch. I have waited in line for an hour and still have not made it to front of line. I understand that there are many families visiting their children and its crowded. WHAT I DONT ACCEPT IS THAT THERE IS 1 CASH REGISTER TAKING ORDERS AND LIMITED NUMBER OF WORKERS. MANAGEMENT IS FAILING THEIR CUSTOMERS BY NOT PROPERLY STAFFING THEIR STORE.
