I have no problem with the service at this location, and never have. My problem is they are never in stock with any seasonal items. This has consistently been the case since this location opened. They released their fall menu not even 2 weeks ago and they are already out of product. This is absolutely unacceptable. I realize this is a smaller Starbucks location, they need to better prepare and stock this store for the amount of traffic that comes through (which is a lot).

One employee was taking the orders, making the drinks & serving the customers. I waited in line patiently to pay for a cold cup of coffee. When I told the employee that I needed a hot cup of coffee, the response was “it will be a few minutes.” 20 minutes later I was still waiting for a tall pike place.

I feel like some of these reviews are by people who didn’t actually order anything from this location but they hate Starbucks so much they are just going to give it one star just because Google wanted them to review cause they passed it or something. If you don’t order anything from Starbucks you shouldn’t be reviewing it, messes stuff up.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever entered. Staff was rude, gossiping amongst each other and not focusing on customer service. The counter was dirty, cream and sugar area was disgusting, trash was overflowing and I was the only customer in line. The staff was more concerned with complaining about shifts than making drinks or keeping the area clean. This will be the last time I purchase anything from this location.

Coffee drinks have a wide variety of more fancy drinks. Lots of calories in a lot of the drinks but so like that they will let you substitute sugar free or soy/almond milk to decrease the calories. Enjoy the extra sprinkles of cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg etc. Good place for quiet coffee and a small treat (cookie).
