Really disappointed in my visit today 10/21. 2 chicken sandwiches were under cooked and small. To make up for the small size, the cook added an odd shapped piece of chicken…. we did not eat the sandwiches. We were headed out of town and not able to return the food.

Every time I’ve gone, which are at random times they are always closed. Hours say they’re open till 11PM on weekends. Went at 7:30PM and whoever was inside had closed down the lobby and put a sign out blocking the drive thru and turned off all lights. The location hours are a lie. I usually like eating Carl’s Jr. But can’t seem to eat there since whoever works at the location always closes it down. If prefer eating here than McDonald’s but closing down early forces me to go elsewhere. I guess Carl’s junior wants me too go to a competitor.

Super rude employees. Drive thru interaction started with “Just gimme a sec” followed by “K you can order” when I said what I wanted the only response was “size and drink” interaction ended with “ K pull up to the window” not sure if it was the same person, but the drive thru window worker was just as rude and curt. Got my food, asked for ranch, he said nothing just turned around grabbed out of the fridge turned back and dropped it into my hand. Didn’t even bother to look at the customer 1 time. Parked, started to eat and the fries are stale, hard and stuck together like they have been sitting for quite a while. I get we all have bad days, but your there to do a job. Do it, or leave and let someone else with a little bit more of an understanding what customer service is. Definitely gonna stay away from that location.

I had a Super Star Burger with cheese here, its taste was excellent and the ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Unfortunately the lobby was not open, as a tourist I had been looking forward to actually eat in the restaurant. Thus I can leave only four stars out of five.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This location was so disrespectful, I’ve never experienced food service like this. Dulce P at the drive-thru was absolutely horrible, treating my boyfriend so disrespectfully after my bf asking if they had tacos. My bf went back through the drive through for taquitos and was asked if he wanted the 3 piece or the 5, after he said the 5 Dolce told him to go up to the next window then. After my boyfriend had paid he had said “I don’t know if you can handle customer service very well” and Dolce slammed the window in his face telling him to get out of there. We went back and got a refund for the awful looking food, stayed respectful the whole time while we were getting yelled at by managers 🙂

We went there this afternoon for lunch. I WOULD RECOMEND NEVER GOING THERE. Hamburgers were nasty the veggies on the hamburger were soggy. The fries tasted like they were reheated in the microwave. . For $21.00 that was way to much especially for the quality of there food. BAD, BAD RESTERAUNT, AND BAD BAD NASTY FOOD

Ordered a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich and I had to spit it out on the first bite. Grilled cheese should be warm, toasted and melty. This was cold bread, cold cheese and a tiny piece of cold sausage the size of a silver dollar.
