Painfully slow. I was the only person in the restaurant when I placed my order. 4 people came in after me. My order was basic – one of their preset sandwiches and a salad (prepackaged). 3 of the 4 were served ahead of me. Sandwich was great, house salad subpar. Wouldn’t come back if I can find a better mid-day meal.

Ticket #51258 on 5/9/23 @ approx. 12:16pm absolutely worst service and many were complaining about the lack of service ~ I specifically asked for assistance as I wanted to order the Monty sandwich with the sauce and coleslaw on the side as I had a long way to travel. The lady in red shirt with dreads in ponytail helped me with kiosks order and then said she would relay the message to the preparers to put the sauce and coleslaw on the side. To make a long story shorter ~ I am an extremely patient person ~ so why would the preparers get aggravated at the customer for a mistake that was clearly not on the customer. The sandwich was made wrong 3 times. The last time the Spanish lady for some reason bent down with my coleslaw cup uncovered and did something I could not see for what reason she needed to place the already dipped coleslaw below the counter when it was already dipped is beyond me. She was down there a considerably long time. Maybe I’m being paranoid but the attitude of the people repairing the food was less than friendly with several customers complaining. There was absolutely no reason for her to take a cup of already dipped coleslaw and bend over out of sight with my food under a counter. Yeah no thanks. While preparing the sandwich and being told several times sauce and coleslaw on the side ~ she slammed the bread in the trash because she had to make it over and over again. This again was not my fault. I decided not to to make a scene I took the sandwich and left but God sees everything. I threw the entire sandwich and the sides in the trash on my way out casino no way would I give that to my grandmother to eat. I will never visit that establishment again. I am also forwarding a written complaint to Live corporate offices. Unsanitary and rude to say the least for something that clearly was the fault of the employees. If I could give a negative 1 I would.

Our sandwich was good. The onion rings needed a bit of seasoning. But I have a problem with restaurants that provide your food in a plastic bag and plastic containers when you told them you are eating in. All of that plastic goes right into their trash containers, never to be recycled. What a waste. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The sandwiches are good and overall so everything else I ever tried. My only complaint is the new kiosk ordering system which I hate. You can no longer talk one on one with someone if you want something specific before ordering. If the food wasn’t as good as it is that kiosk ordering system would have turned me off from even trying this place.

The sandwich was great, service was quick enough for the amount of people ordering. Workers could obviously tell that many of the people in line had never been there before, but offered nothing to help or advise on food, how to order, where to wait. The mac & cheese left a lot to be desired. It was just greasy noodles with cheese baked on the top, not throughout at all. There was so much grease that I couldn’t hardly keep in on the plate to cut through it. Only took 2 bites and had to throw it away. Chicken noodle soup was already sold out by 6 pm.
