My daughter just ordered 2 California burgers and fries to be delivered by food dudes..Burgers were so burnt we can’t even eat them!! I tried calling Cowboy Jacks and their answering machine said the mailbox is full!!! I did take pictures! Oh one of these pictures are the bottom of the burger..Totally disgusting!!!!

This place is nice, the atmosphere is amazing. I’ve been here multiple times and can honestly say I wasn’t let down for any of it. The bartenders were very polite, and right there to serve you as soon as you sat down or were out of a drink. I have not had any of the food here as of yet, however I can only expect it to be amazing.

Just had a great experience! We went during happy hour for their $5 bucket of wings which is a GREAT deal and very good. My kids enjoyed the free popcorn and our waitress Miranda went above and beyond with making sure we were taken care of along with other staff checking in to make sure everything was good. Will for sure be back!
