The one on Pierce is definitely faster and friendlier. The one on canal seems to only hire Mexican/Cuban workers, they are always loud and yelling at each other. Usually very chaotic at the sound canal location I’m Spanish myself and far from racist but at least learn the language if you plan on working the speaker or register. We eat or at least get a McDonald’s drink or dessert probably 5-10 times a week. If you don’t believe me order from each place, you’ll see the difference. N Canal location is waaaaaay better way faster way friendlier

If I could give 0 stars I would. My bf just left and they completely screwed up his order. Tried calling and keep getting hung up on. Impossible to talk to a manager or really anybody that works there. This is our 3rd time at this location and the 3rd time that our order is NOT correct. Was supposed to be no onion add mac sauce, not confusing and they completely screwed up giving us plain cheeseburgers with nothing but Mac sauce and tartar sauce. DISGUSTING

They take forever to take your order when in the drive through what I mean by that is there’s two lanes and the will only take orders from one lane at a time…and even then they get your order wrong or forget something in it like an extra item every time the other one in the middle of town is much better don’t go here.
