Pulled up to the speaker and the girl with the long dark hair refused to answer us. Then we pull up to the window and they are standing there drinking their drinks ignoring us. New staff is horrible! No customer service at all and now you are refusing business. They also don’t turn on the outside lights. Scooters it is.

Staff is super friendly! We advised them that they’re speaker was super low! Hard to hear but they were super helpful and advised us that it is something corporate is working on! Sounds like corporate needs a little push tho! It makes is frustrating for the customer and I feel like creates more unhappy customers just for the lack of being able to hear them especially with traffic.. please help get them a new speaker system so they can keep being amazing and we can hear them through the speaker.

Been coming to this location since I moved here to council bluffs, I give them a 3 star because they are awesome for the most part but for some weird reason my order was just a so BAD, MY WHIP CREAM to my coffee were smashed down with flat lids and didn’t get any explanation or apology as to why I got my coffee’s like that and for the amount the coffees cost I should’ve atleast had an apology especially for my waffle sandwich I opened as soon as I got it and it was just scattered all in the bag this visit was by far the worst.

This is literally the worst most inconsistent Scooters. They don’t know how to hold down employees so the drinks are rarely made right as the employee is always new. They either are too sweet, watered down or have bitter tasting shots.
