I didn’t quite get my money’s worth here. The prices are not cheap. The Brisket was good but I should have had it without the barbeque sauce. I didn’t quite like the BBQ sauce. The macaroni and cheese was okay but I didn’t enjoy the barbecue beans. I wanted to rate 3.5 but since I can’t do a half rating on Maps, I settled for 3. Maybe I will increase the rating when I try more on their menu next time.

My family comes to this location time and time again bc the manager is really accommodating with fresh brisket, new knife and clean boards to avoid cross contamination. Love the Dickey’s bbq sauce. They have fresh sides, warm bread, okra made to order. And don’t forget how succulent the beef brisket and turkey is! Drinks are okay, ice cream machine fell off. Service is always nice and quick. Restrooms are cleaned regularly. You could spend anywhere from 10-30$ a person. Classic Dickey’s conveniently located.

We was highly disappointed on our 3 meat plate, with 2 sides and desserts. We will never go to this location ever again. The meat tasted old and boiled not grilled on a pit like we are accustomed to on Hebron. The sides were watered down, old, and cold… The desserts was not fresh or sweet and runny. To top it off my roll, that i love, was hard as a BRICK.

Do yourself a favor and do not even bother stopping in at this location. I dropped by the store about 10 minutes before they closed. I ordered a brisket sandwich and took it to the car to eat it. When I opened it up the bread was so old that when you pick it it up it crumbled in your hands. Furthermore the brisket was cold. I called the store and express my interest in what happened. They told me to bring it back I went inside and they started to prepare the sandwich again. I asked him to Brown the bun. They replied we close 10 minutes ago and the bun machine is already down. I asked young man so you’re telling me because I came later that I do not good quality food. He said again we closed 10 minutes ago. Not only do you have bad customer service and bad food but you seem to have excuse for everything other than giving me my money’s worth. I also noticed that this store has a lot of customers that have bad experience.

1st time ordering from this business … I’m here on a trip in Dallas and I ordered Uber eats … this place ESPECIALLY If your going to use Uber eats as a delivery service, you need to have better protection for the food … seriously it was extremely cold ( I understand delivery times aren’t going to be fast ) but PLEASE GOING FWD GET BETTER SEALS AROUND THE FOOD … it’s just uggh I wasted 32$ on sketchy looking food …. Don’t order this food online… I recommend you order it in person…. At least tape the bag up or something …

I ordered a loaded Baker with meat… beef was an extra $0.50 and instead of loading it with sour cream, butter, chives and bacon, they put the items on the side (forgot the chives). I’ve never had this type of experience at any other Dickey’s I have visited. I will not be going back.
