It was my first time here with my family because we were in the area. Cute place, and ambiance. I always say first impression is always a lasting impression, especially in the food industry. Customer service was lacking, staff was just standing look at us waiting to order..no hello, welcome! We ordered 2 bowls and 2 kids’ meals. The kids’ meal was 8.95 with no drink or a fruit cup, just a base, a protein, veg, and sauce….that price is a bit too much for a kids meal with no drink. My bowl was lacking. The only thing I loved was the ginger white sauce that added some flavor to the bowl. The portion size is so small that you are paying for half a bowl compared to other places with the same price, better quality, and you get more than what you pay for. Unfortunately, our experience was not good , so we won’t support this business.

What a great experience we had here, twice! My girlfriend and I visited after landing at the airport. We were met by friendly workers, a clean space, and very fresh and delicious food. There are choices to include in your bowl that we had a hard time choosing from because they all sound so good – so we decided to eat there again before our return flight home, haha. The manager, Chris, came out to check on us and was very personable. We highly recommend the food and the experience. Good job guys!

I order the 4 bowl.. well where do I start?… I was like ok maybe the chicken just looks burnt, but no…… the charcoal taste was so strong that I couldn’t taste any chicken and the broccoli looked and tasted like it had better days. So disappointing, I know none of the employees would have eaten the plate that was prepared for me. For the price I was expecting better food.

Amazing food! Amazing quality and super tasty! I’ve become a regular! I typically get the 4 bowl with Coconut Ginger Rice, Sweet Potato Noodles, BBQ chicken, broccoli & top off with the holy kale sauce the creamy white ginger sauce is amazing too! I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and it never disappoints! Definitely a must try if you live a healthier lifestyle or if you’re looking to live a healthier lifestyle

I went to Fresh Kitchen for the first time last week. I was not familiar with the routine, how to pick the ingredient’s, etc. I asked the first employee in line how to go about it and he said just look at the signs. So I looked at the signs and that caused people behind me to wait. He was aggravated, you can tell, and almost flung the rice in the bowl. I moved on and when I got to the end of the line, they asked me about the sauces. I asked if they were extra. The lady was very rude and said, look at the sign. I almost walked out but decided to try the food anyway. The food was good but I’ll never go back there again. Very POOR staff.

I go to this restaurant every day that I work, which is 5 days a week. I always come back because the the staff is always very professional and engaging and the food is always perfect. Almost everyone in there knows me because I’m there so often. Kat, specifically, makes it a point to be congenial and courteous, she’s really great. It’s a very clean and cool environment and the food is delicious.
