do not come through the drive thru if don’t want to have to fix your phone the next day. Was handed a fully loaded drink carrier that was unbalanced, as the girl handed it to me it started to wobble from one of the large drinks barely sitting in the holder, as she noticed the issue she handed it though the window anyways where it proceeded to spill into every crevice of my car it could find. ended up getting sweet tea soaked into my phone and had to get it fixed the next day. spent nearly $60 for a family dinner and STILL had to pay $150 out of pocket from their employees blatant negligence. the mediocre food is not worth the headache that it comes with.

Man oh man is Zaxbys but a shadow of its former self. I think the little line cook who almost had a massive coronary when I asked for seasoning on my fries (I ordered extra, but they had none)should really sit back and evaluate was that really worth it? You really let yourself get that mad over shaking some seasoning over some fries… that you didnt even give the right amount of ( I PAID for extra) The food is just not good anymore either. I miss the old zaxbys where food was fresh and the workers acted like they wanted to be there.

I went through the drive thru ordering a good bit and went to the window and ask the employee if she would go over the order to make sure she responded with “they listen to you in the speaker”! Which is rude I drove off go home they forgot some of my food…… If you are ill and lack manner’s don’t work in customer service find a new trade.

Drive thru was crowded, so I went inside, crowded there too. Girl at counter was fantastic at getting all the orders together, very efficient and quick. This was during dinner time. Salad Zenzation.

Asked for the Cobb salad with no meat & there was bacon left . Would’ve returned it but my party & I was traveling to get to our destination so didn’t have time. Picked the bacon out myself which was an inconvenience that took some time. Salad was good overall, veggie egg rolls were delicious! I did revisit another day & my meatless Cobb salad was perfect. Guess it depends on who takes your order or maybe just order inside & not the drive thru ‍♀️

If they are going to close the dining room early there needs to be a sign that states so. It is really ridiculous that they close it at 9:00 especially on a Friday night, when there are people still sitting inside eating. Also there is never any soap in the bathroom.
