Enjoyed my first visit to Carlos’ restaurant. Loved the personal and professional attention to detail. Food and drinks were delicious. I tried dishes not knowing the ingredients or pronunciation and I wasn’t disappointed. The cake was so moist and I actually ate the frosting!

My god. Everything I ate here was legitimately DELICIOUS. You really cannot go wrong. Everything pictured here was cooked and seasoned *perfectly*. The orange dessert was surprisingly like a rice pudding and the the cream colored one was the tangy mango tasting one. The cake is like tres leches. Service was great, restaurant was clean. All 5-star worthy. Seriously, give this place a shot, I am so happy that I did.

Couldn’t help but to stop into this Brazilian location in East Hartford. My first time in, they were very helpful with explaining everything they had to offer. I got the potato salad, a sorta pico type of salad, rice and beans with chicken and steak.

Tried them for the first time today and, WOW, their food is SOOO GOOOD!!! I literally loved everything on my plate! Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and properly cooked. They definitely know how to cook their meat—both the stewed beef & grilled steak that I tried were super tender and juicy the sauces from the stews and beans were fantastic over the rice (and everything else it got on, haha), and the sweet plantains balanced out all the savory flavors just perfectly. Be sure to try their passion fruit custard dessert!!!

I got take out. The food is amazing, this will my new go-to brazilian spot. The fried pork was perfect, steak was tender , pork sausage was juicy. The place is very clean and they’re very friendly. Also they have a really good selection of juices and they had the Brazilian soda I like!

Very disappointing food. Based on the review it looked like this could be a new Churracaria closer to home, but it just wasn’t meant to be. We got the beef ribs, picanha and chicken heart. Overall the beef quality is not good, tough and very little Intermuscular fat. Additionally the ribs had a lot of hard tendon, other connective tissue and even some small bits of bone, which made it very hard to eat. The ribs didn’t even have any salt on it, which is not how it’s supposed to be. The hearts were over cooked to the point of being inedible. The only thing that was good was the yucca. The bean and rice were so so. Overall I think we threw out 3/4 of the meat and about half of the beans and rice. Good thing we had some leftover pizza so that we can have something to eat for lunch. Definitely not coming back to this place and will have to take the longer driver of to get good Brazilian food.
