1 star only because I couldn’t give less. The lady working the drive through on March 22nd at around 11 has major bad attitude. Went to pick up an order to try their new patty melts. Upon arriving she said to go around. When I went around she yells and says “ I said to go to the front of the store and park” with bad attitude. Upon getting my order, I was missing a burger and fries. I went inside to get them, again she missed the fries. I went on as I did not want to go back inside and encounter that lady’s bad attitude. When I arrived back to work, the patty melt was cold and not even toasted .

They don’t even deserve one star in my opinion! The most rude people working there. Went through the drive through, paid then was told to back up 30 feet and wait till they signaled me to come get my order. Felt like they spitting or doing something to my food. I just put it in the garbage cause it was a really shady feeling. Also…. They are never opened on time and when you wait in the drive through, they talk to you extremely rude like your an inconvenience. By far…. The absolute worst Burger King ever!!!!

I’ve about given up on this Burger King. Every single time I go here, I get told to pull around to the other side of the building, which is very annoying. Today it happened, no one in front of me or behind me in the drive thru. Why Burger King? Is this just to pad your “order ready time” stats? This is REALLY inconvenient for your customers to have to pull around just to wait a couple of minutes and I don’t understand it when there’s literally NO ONE in the drive thru but me. Maybe this is why your drive thru and restaurant is empty at 5:00 on a Saturday! To be fair, the food here is decent for a Burger King…but geez, get the drive thru thing sorted out.
