Order just a Route 44 water and put it in my brand new Stanley tumbler because I was eager to use it. After drinking all the water I went to refill it and saw THIS is my Sonic ice… I can only assume it’s mildew from the ice machine because it’s IN the ice and couldn’t have come from my brand new tumbler I bought that same day.

I wish I could give a five star review. The staff is always very nice. That being said, there hasn’t been a single trip to this location that hasn’t ended in forgotten food, wrong food, poor serving size, or just sloppy presentation. Today wasn’t different other than I’m fed up enough to write a review. I’ve called the restaurant, I’ve driven back numerous times for missed food, I’ve spoken ,very nicely mind you, to management, I really don’t want to be a Karen but come on! Not one right order in a year! Tonight my kids blast was far from full, hardly any Reese’s bits and we paid extra for peanut butter that is non existent. It’s just annoying.

I ordered a plain hot dog with ketchup on it. Received the dog, and it was a dirty brown color with chili, cheese and ketchup on it. If I could send pic I would. Disappointed to say the least.

Didn’t get my food after 15 minutes. Was going to be my granddaughter’s lunch at school. Instead, no lunch from Sonic Bullard Texas. I buzzed back in after about 18 minutes to find out if it was about to come out the door, they said, “Sorry about the delay, it will be out shortly. ” I said, ” nevermind, thank you.” Wth. I know business can’t get enough people to work these days but make a change and fix this problem or it will shut down again for the 2nd time, since opening here..

The service and food at this location are decent. The burgers tend to taste like they came out of boiling water but it’s fast food. I know what I’m getting into. The biggest problem I have is the app. I’ve missed more meals trying to order ahead from the app or even trying to get a drink. This review is more a reflection of issues with corporate and the fact they will charge you multiple times for trying to order online. I would greatly enjoy the ability to lodge complaints against the app they’re pushing us to use so much.

They got our order completely wrong and then to top it off what they gave us was messed up. The SS breakfast burrito only had egg a couple tomatoes and half of it was jalapeno, they didn’t even put the meat in it. The burger we got was burnt and like I said not the burger we ordered. If I were you I would just keep driving until you get to a better Sonic, do not waste your money here.

I ask about the happy hour what time it starts. She said 10 minutes. Ask since we were so close can we get the 1/2 price. She said NO. By the time they brought order out it was 2:00pm. I think we should have gotten it. I guess I should have sit just sat for the time. I have gotten it before when it was that close. I had ordered Ranch ! They didn’t ask what kind of sauce we wanted. When we got the order they put ( 6 ) marinara sauce. We had to ask for ranch. They wrought ( 3 ) ranch sauce. We had a medium and large order of mozzarella sticks. They should have brought more than ( 3 ) ranch sauce. I didn’t ask anymore; cause that I got poor service. This was in Bullard, Texas. I will not go to this Sonic again. And will not recommend this Sonic to my family and friends.

You’re better off going to the next sonic sat here 45 minutes to an hour waiting on my mobile order. They cleared out the order with a suspected runner after about 20 minutes to where placing the order at another location became unavailable, the drive thru consistently moved but I’m not satisfied with my wait. Don’t expect the button to help either, that’s overlooked also
