Chicken Nug
Went there and used the little tablet thing. They got 3/4 of the burgers made incorrectly. Which would be alright if the wait wasn’t so long, I saw multiple people go in and go out within the amount of time we were there. The food and fries were alright but as someone who’s not staying in Valencia long, this wasn’t a very pleasant exprience. Do better, Habit.

I just wanted to say thank you to the octopus behind the counter who was packing orders, helping guide would appeared to be a newer employee take orders, calling me out and looking for me to make sure that I got my order, all with a wonderful smile and continuing on to the next person. Just really an amazing job and I want to say thank you to her for that. Should have caught her name but didn’t want to bug her any more as I feel she was doing the the absolute best she could though understaffed for sure! Thank you! Food was good also. Hello, I went to The Habit the other day looking for a great burger and fries. I asked for very well done fries and a double burger and soda. Very expensive for an 80 yr. old on a small VA pension. The fries were not well done as I asked and the burger was falling apart before I was half way done. The buns were probably not fresh. I was very disappointed. I’m in SCV the place I ate was in a store in Valencia by the gym and S&P. You should contact them and let them know. David

Online order. I ordered a BBQ chicken salad and asked for avocado. When I got to my hotel room, I realized there was no avocado. There were also no utensils and no napkins. I’ve added photos below as well. I’ve been to other Habit locations and this was subpar. The staff was also unfriendly.

Ordered a few Southwest bbq chicken salads, burgers, onion rings etc. On one of the southwest chicken salads the put a few tiny pieces of chicken as you can see. If I would’ve known they don’t put chicken on their salads but yet charge I would’ve ordered a side salad !!!! Horrible ugh

1st time eating at a Habit, the experience was BAD. I’m sitting here reading your motto and boy do you have a long way to go. The young lady took my order, read it back to me, everything was correct, the cook screwed the hamburger up, all in my 1st 30min., maybe you need to teach your cooks how to read and understand the English language. It took another 20min to get my 2nd burger cooked and that was just as bad. I will never eat at the Habit again. The company might want to revise your motto, this one doesn’t get it

Normally my experience’s here are great. Unfortunately this day was kind of a let down. I never order chicken from here but I switched it up. My first bite into the sand which was fine but when I took the second bite I realized the chicken was tough. I looked at the end I had just bitten from and it was pink. Not mad at the business because it happens sometimes. Just figured I’d let y’all know.
